Es besitzt vier DIMM-Slots und unterstützt bis zu 64 GB DDR4-Speicher im Dual-Channel-Betrieb. Zur weiteren Ausstattung des ASUS WS C246 PRO gehören ein PCIe-3.0-x16-Slot, ein PCIe-3.0-x8-Slot,zwei PCIe-3.0-x4-Slots, zwei PCIe-3.0-x1-Slots und eine CPU-äbhängige Grafiklösung.
